Eviews crashing during pagesave to excel

Hi all,
I upgraded eviews to eviews11, and since then it is crashing when attempting to pagesave to excel (if excel is closes, eviews closes abruptly. If excel is open, I receive the following error)
Unable to load Microsoft Excel automation library in

I'm using eviews version April 5 2019 build
I've attached the .prg, workfile, and log file. I have also tried using eviews10 and receive the same error.
This job is used for client facing production, and is time sensitive. I greatly appreciate your help.

A quick thing to try is to update your copy of EViews.

I wish I could, but it that option has been "disabled by my administrator"

Updating is the only solution. Speak to your administrator.

I reinstalled 11, and updated manually using the patch posted on the eviews website for eviews11x64, and pagesave is still crashing...

Looks like you're doing an update to the Excel file. This can cause a crash if Excel is in a funny mood. Try rebooting and not having Excel open.

I have rebooted, and tried with excel closed. Still crashes. I will try it again.

Might be something funky with the existing Excel file.

Following on what Gareth says, try opening the Excel file and saving it under another name and then try with the new file.
