Open EViews and Program at once

I have an econometric model that pulls data from an external source via Excel. I have written a simple code to change the variable names from the code in the database to their name in my model. I was wondering if there is a way of embedding the programme in the model work file so it will happen automatically rather than having to open the programme and the work file separately?

There is not, but of course you could go the other way round and have the program open the workfile so you just have to run the program.
