Spreadsheet view problem

Postby Stroggers » Mon Mar 01, 2010 6:58 pm

Hi there,

Please assist me! When I go to spreadsheet view I have a zoom of c. 0.01% and I cannot read any data - I can barely make out the lines marking the cells. Please help!

Just in case, be sure you're updated to the most recent version and also check the font sizes under the Options menus.

I have EViews 7. If I open an old workfile or create a new one, the problem persists. I've tried changing all of the fonts and still no joy. Any other ideas welcome?!

If you navigate to the directory listed in Options->General Options->File locations->Ini File Path via windows explorer, you will find the file EViews32.ini. Open the file with a text editor and remove the line starting with 'TFH6=..'. Save the file and restart EViews.

As startz mentioned, be sure to be updated to the latest version as to prevent the problem from happening again.
