mann whitney test on differences

Hi everyone,

I have gathered data on 200 booktitles in two different countries, I now want to check whether there are any significant differences between twe prices of the two countries,

I did some research and found two options, either mann whitney test on differences, or the ranked single test on the differences of the prices for each book,

Which of the test is the better one, and how should i interpret the result of the mann whitney test,
