TOBIT Model Estimation

Postby white rose » Mon Feb 08, 2010 1:43 am

hi all..

I want to estimate a model about trade between countries..

I have the data of all my independent variables, but i dont have some observations for the dependent varible because its not available

so I decide to estimate "Tobit model " but i dont know how I can apply this model in eviews..

(note: my dependent variable is not binary, its the exports)

can any one explain the steps?

"all the steps" consists of typing the command in the command window.
