Updates - odd message?

Hi all,
I have "tuned" the starting procedure of EViews7 so it asks automatically for updates if there is any. When I confirm for "update now", I get the following message: "Error installing iKernel.exe:(0xa00)". Is it a serious problem, and how can it be solved?

That indicates that you are not running as an administrator when trying to install the update.
