Graph axis title cut off

Hello,

I am experiencing two problems with eviews 9. I am trying to produce a set of graphs where there is a centered left axis label and an axis title. When I run my program, the axis shifts near the top of the axis, is not centered, and is cut off at the top. The graphs save as a .bmp file after the program runs. What is peculiar about this problem is that when I have someone else run the program on eviews 7, everything is centered and nothing gets cut off.

Additionally, the graph title also gets cut off when I run the program.

What is the solution for this issue? I have included screenshots of the axis and the graph code as a reference.

Not sure if this clarifies anything, but I noticed that the text is sitting outside the text box of the axis label:

Just as a follow up, the problem was fixed in a previous patch
