Converting Transformed Graph Data to Table

Postby pkkhaseo » Thu Aug 04, 2016 9:58 am

Hey everyone,

I'm new to eViews and just have a quick question. I have a spreadsheet with a time series data in it already and used eViews Graphic Scaling function to normalize the data. This is a great function and it's very quick but the only problem is the data that is now normalized will only be displayed through the graph. The original table with the not yet normalized data will not update and I can't seem to find a way to export the normalize data from the graph into a table. The normalize data is obviously there because if I mouse over a data point it gives me the new normalize value. Please let me know if there is anyway to export the data in the graph directly into a table. If not, is there a command function that normalizes a column of data for you? I would hate to have to mouse over each data point in the graph and record the value manually for 7 years worth of data.

Thanks in advance :D
