Regression for year t and year t-1 over n years

Postby hahaha3 » Thu May 05, 2016 1:53 am

Hey,

I have panel data and an equation that relates the value of some variable in period t to that of period t-1. I need to run this regression for every pair of years, so year 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4 etc. Is there some way I can run all those regressions at one time in Eviews 9.5? It is very cumbersome to split up the datafiles and run a regression for each year separately...

Thanks in advance!

Just change the sample each time. No need to split data or anything.

Of course! Why couldn't I think of that myself  Thanks a ton.
