Running code when model does not solve

Postby seahorse » Sat Feb 06, 2016 7:21 am

Hi folks,

Hopefully a simple one this! I have a model that has one forward value in it (interest rates next year). My databank goes to 2040 so when I solve it won't solve for the last year. I don't care about this as 2039 is fine for me. But in my program it will stop when I try to solve the model. I would like it to continue running (I do about 40 solutions to test the impact of each variable I read in) is there a way I can get the program to keep running if the model won't solve in the last year? If I try to shorten the solution range the last year will never solve.

Thanks in advance!

Ok sorry I am not very good at explaining with the correct terminology. I will post again tomorrow when I can log on and show you the code. Sorry for poor query.
