COPYING DATA

I am using EViews 9 and when I use the show command to display a group of series and then copy the data into excel, any series which have NAs in them do not paste correctly. The column headings in the excel file get mixed up. Is there a default setting in EViews that can be changed to fix this problem? Thanks.
