Problem in importing data from excel

Hello,
I am wondering if you can help me with importing data from excel:
When i open the 2 varuables , window both of them doent appear data but "NA"..
The name of varuables is in English and sheet's also.

Remember that Gareth can't see what you can see. You might post your Excel file as well as describing the exact steps you took to try to read it.

I want to know if you could find the solution to the problem as I seem to encounter the same. All the variables are coming as NA when I am importing. Any ideas?
