Hi,

I don't know if anyone has suggested this before but I think it would be very useful if eviews takes in vector values like an array (e.g., vector vec1 = {1,2,3,4,5}). Would (or more importantly, should) we see something like this in eviews 7?

Such a syntax isn't planned, and I can't see it being added any time soon.

There isn't much difference between it and:

vector(5) v v.fill 1,2,3,4,5

I guess the difference is, I don't need to count how many elements in that vector before eviews reads it in. Just a thought anyway.
