Postby ias » Fri Aug 21, 2009 3:47 am

Hi all,

I would like to ask you how a model run in excel which estimated by eviews. When i try it, forecast results were different with excel vs. eviews. An example is attached.

Can you help me about?

Thank you very much, kind regards,

Probably best if you post the EViews workfile too.

Your equations are not the same.

In EQ02 you have dlog(konut/tufe(-1)) as a regressor. This is Konut / tufe(-1), which is not the same as (Konut/tufe)(-1), or (Konut(-1)/tufe(-1)), which is, I presume, what is being used in EQ01
