Okay, so here is the thing..
I am not really familiar with statistics, and I desperately need help.
I am doing a research with my mentor and we have all the data, but she said we need to modify them in order to know their real value. Since we are both in this, she said this will be my part of reasearch (statistical analysis). I attached a photo of what I have to do, but I don't understand any of these numbers and what am I looking for there. On the left side are data that are not modified (like we collected them), and on the left is something I tried to modify, but obviously is not good enough. She also said that R-square needs to be between 0.30-0.60, and Durbin Watson around 2. Anyone help?

What a mentor!
You have much more serious problems here than a simple data transformation. If you'll have to do statistical analysis, then I suggest you start reading and studying the relevant background. Although you can always come back and ask for help, this is really not the right place to start.
If you do not have any idea of what you are doing and why you are doing, then learning how to do it will not be trivial.

She told me it is only playing and guessing lags(sometimes it's minus, sometimes it has to be plus), but it takes time and with full time job and zero talent for statistics I have no time to do it properly so I spend my time online to find a formula that will magically help me modify the data with few clicks. After this, the only step we will take is Chow-Breaking point. Is there not a formula or equation that I can insert into program and make my life easier?

Also, we combined the data from previous research she did, so basically this is the only step missing for final step.

This is really sad...and not at all your fault. What Trubador has said is true. Nor will you find some magic formula. It sounds like your "mentor" wants to try different specifications until the desired results appear. This is not far removed from just typing up fake results. Sadly, the best advice might be to find a new mentor. What a mentor!
