Changing legend columns crash bug

Crash bug when changing legend entries (through menus) from auto to 3. EV 9 current build, dated workfile, dot plot. Worked second time I tried the same thing.

We cannot reproduce the crash. Please send your workfile to support@eviews.com and include the steps used to replicate the problem.

We couldn't replicate the same exact crash but we did find a problem which could cause erratic behavior. The fix will be available in the next patch.
