Correlation shows NA

Dear all,

Could you please advise me, I try to do correlation 9 variables however result shows NA in one of them shows NA correlation.

Might be that there are no valid matching observations in the sample. Also some chance that one of the series is constant.

Yes one of variable is constant so how could i fix it.

What do you think a correlation means with a variable that never changes?
