Change ISO Codes (country id)

Hello Eviews users,

i use Eviews 7 and i have a question regarding the ISO Codes. I have a panel that i have to match with other panels (e.g. gdp and migration). But the ISO Codes are different. For the country Greece one panel uses the acronym GR, the other one GE. The same with Great Britain, one panel uses the acronym GB, the other UK. I couldn't change them manual, because i downloaded the panels in tsv-format, which i could only open with eviews. Does anybody know a command with which i could change these country acronyms, so that they are all equal in every panel.
