Where to find risk data set?

Hi! I'm looking for risk data set to my thesis in logit and probit modelling, but it's problem to find data set. Generaly I need data about credit risk or insurance risk. For example I need couple thousand clients with the record of whether they have car accident on insurance policy or not and information about client age, car age etc. Does anyone know, where I can find data like this?
