Does "prob." value matter for the constant c

Hi everyone, my question as above. I remember hearing someone say the value of "Prob." isn't important (can be above 0.05) but I can't remember so would appreciate if anyone has any guide on this. My "Prob." value for an equation i'm estimating is 0.5327 but the rest are fairly low at below 0.05. Thanks much!
