Programmatically checking variable dependencies

I am changing the historical data for a series in a workfile. I need to re-estimate all of the equations that depend on this variable. Is there a way to programmatically check a model to see which equations in that model contain depend on a certain variable?

Checking whether an equation contains a certain variable would be similarly effective, however I found a mechanism for neither in the eviews documentation.
