i have to question:
1/ is there any way to make a program for Buys-Ballot method to estimate parameters a, b, Si (Si=coef seasonal for additive models, i: take 1 to 4 quarterly data or 1 to 12 monthly);
2/ is there a program to detecte if the series are additive or multiplicative or mix.
I'm not an expert in programming would you like to help me
