I'm confused. You want one value per country, no? It is showing you one value per country. What's the problem?

And I have the last question: is it possible to transform data in such way that there will be only one value for every school in every country?

1) Open a series, click on View->Descriptive Statistics->Stats By Classification, and enter "year country" as the series to classify by.

2) We'd need to see the workfile to get an idea of how your data is structured.
