Fetch in specific sample periods

Hi,

I am using the hfetch command to retrieve a series (xyz) from HAVER database.

Assume that I have a workfile with range from 1990 to 2020, and the series in the database goes from 1990 to 2015. If I want to fetch xyz only for the period between 1990 and 2010, is there any way that I can do that without changing the range of my workfile?

I have already tried by changing the sample, i.e., 1990 to 2010, but when the series is fetched it is populated all the way to 2015.

When fetching from a database EViews always fetches the entire series. I would set the opposite sample (2010 to 2015) and set the series to NA.

I appreciate your quick reply, and for your suggestion. Although I fetch simultaneously many series, I can give it a try.
