Coefficient question

For my assignment I have been asked to explain the coefficient of my regression results. And then comment on the significance of your regression findings, with particular interest in the estimated coefficients and their meaning.

This has confused me as surely they are both the same thing.. So how would I comment on coefficients again for the same question/regression when I've already done it? :?

If I've understood the question wrong please tell me.
