Line Numbers

Dear all,

The recent improvements to the program editor in EViews are great, especially regarding the addition of line numbers. However: one small query is whether the size of the line numbers (the text size of the numbers itself) could re-scale when the size of the text in the program itself is changed, as it currently stays constant to match, distorting what actual line number you're currently on when using anything other than the default text size.

A secondary query (I think potentially mentioned elsewhere on the forum) would be whether it would be at all possible in the future, potentially in EViews 9 or later to make errors report the code line number to make debugging that little bit easier.

I'm not sure I follow the first request - line numbers do currently scale with the font selection.

Ah, I was zooming in/out rather than changing text size.... However, the line number size doesn't change when you zoom! No disaster however, I'll just change the text size properly, apologies!
