Manage matrix and series

Hi,
I am working on panel data, and I am trying to predict values of the dependent variable by excluding the country of interest.
I am working with "loops".
However, there is an error which is coming back everytime: "is not defined in STOM (TAXPHAT, MATRIX_1, S_1)".

I don't understand the message because all the variable were declared.
Could you please assist me?

I think we'd need the workfile to be able to run it to figure out what is going wrong.
