multi-period logistic

i want to estimate the multi-period logistic (hazard model by Shumway 2001 ) by Eview but i don't know how to do?
This is my model
Log(pi/1- pi) = Zi = B0 + B1,1.X1,1 + ..+ B1,m .X1,m + .....+ BN,1.XN,1 + ..+ BN,m .XN,m
Please help me. Thank you
