Dear sir or madam,
In your user guide II for Eviews 8.0 you show the models for estimating the FMOLS (equation 8.9 page 236) and CCR (equation 8.14 page 240). Yet I've looked everywhere and cannot find the model for the DOLS, you only have one equation for the DOLS (equation 8.15 page 242) which illustrates the cointegrating equation. I need to hae the model for the DOLS estimator. Is it one of the two equations already listed for the FMOLS or CCR?
Many thanks,
Bachar Fakhry

Re: DOLS estimaor
I'm not certain that I understand the question. DOLS doesn't have two equations that are estimated, only the one orthogonalized cointegrating equation specification as you note. The model is as defined in 8.1, 8.2.
Re: DOLS estimaor
Thanks Glen,
I thought like the FMOLS in equation 8.9 and CCR in equation 8.14, the DOLS must have a model to estimate the Beta and Gamma in 8.1. However having read many article since asking the question and having read your reply, it would seem that my initial intuitive was wrong.
Please forgive me for being such a novice, I am new to the cointegrating regresssion.

Not a problem.
