Convert panel data

Dear all,

Could you please advise me the way to convert the panel data in Eviews 7 to excel in which the columns represent dates and the rows represent cross-sections
When I try to do this, I create a table which looks like in the attachment. Please kindly help to check and advise me if any.

I cannot think of a way to do this in EViews 7.
