TSLS-Fixed Effect in System Equation

Hi Guys,
currently I'm making a panel data TSLS model with fixed effect, and using a system of equation.
But the system don't add a fixed effect variable (CX=F) like I used to make in a single equation.
can't you give me some alternative so I can add the fixed effect in my model?

You'll have to create the dummy variables yourself.
