Calculating marginal effects in Tobit with Eviews 7

Hello,

I have run a Tobit model in Eviews 7. I would really appreciate if someone could verify whether the following procedure to get marginal effects in Tobit is correct or not?

1. From Forecast, save as Xb
2. Series ME=@dnorm (- Xb)
3. Scalar W=@mean (ME)
4. Marginal Effect: W multiplied by each coefficient of X variables.
