Individual effects

Good afternoon everybody :)
I'm building a model with fixed effects and i think it's all ok, but know i want to know the individual effects and i'm a bit lost.
Could someone help me?

I'm going to interpret this question as "I have a panel workfile, and I have estimated a panel equation using cross-section fixed effects. I now want to see what those cross-section effects are".

In which case the answer is: "Click on View->Fixed/Random Effects->Cross-section Effects".
