outliers detection in basic line chart

Good evening,
I would like to plot a line graph of my observations, where would be 2 lines (something like confidence levels in case of the sample autocorrelation functions) representing 3 sigma so that I will be able to detect outliers from the graph.
Would you kindly advise me how to do that?

There's nothing built in to do that.
