Problem with merged graph

Postby renjinlu » Thu May 07, 2009 9:15 am

Hi, I have a problem with merged graph and wonder if you could help me.

Suppose, say, I have 35 graphs all ends with the suffix "grp". I want to merge them into a singe birdview graph called forecast_overview. I used the following program line:

graph forecast_overview.merge {%grp}

Well, here comes the problem. Each individual graph in "forecast_overview" is so small, I can barely see them. It seems that Eviews insist on putting the merged graph, "forecast_overview" here, on a single screen. So, if there are too many small graphs merged into this big graph, I cannot see each graph clearly for each of them is so small.

Is there any command that I can use to exhibit part of the graph on the screen? Or, is there any other ways I can have a birdview of many graphes in a single graph but I can also control the display size of each mini graph in this big graph on my computer screen?

Thanks!

No. The closest thing to this is to put the graphs in a spool object...
