seasonal adjustment GENHOL

Hello,

I have a question here, maybe a bit weird...Does anyone know how to use Genhol developed from consensus?

It basically allows you to generate floating holiday effect regressors for seasonal adjustment..

Has anyone ever used this?

I followed instruction and input my holiday dates, but then it says open a cmd and put "genhol infile", whenever I run a cmd and put that line in, it just said cannot find "genhol", not a correct exe or sth like this...And then when I click open the “genhol" exe in the downloaded package, and run, it says no data infile...

TOtally lost about how i can use this....
