Equation with coefficient equals to a certain number

Hi,

I have been searching among previous posts, but could not find an answer.

Could someone tell me how to estimate such an equation:

Y = c(1) + c(2) * X1 + c(3) * X2
c(1) = 1.101713 (a constrain on this parameter)
c(2) = 0.694462 (a constrain on this parameter)
c(3) needs to me estimated

It is linear, simple model...
