Opening XML format?

I'm trying to import data from UN's COMTRADE database. On their website it is possible to download data in .csv format, but for users not overly found of clicking their way through the website they also provide the possibility to define queries directly in URLs, such as http://comtrade.un.org/ws/get.aspx?cc=? ... lse&max=10. In that case the data comes in an XML format. (The details of constructing the queries are explained more thoroughly on http://unstats.un.org/unsd/tradekb/Know ... b-Services.)

Is it possible to open such files in EViews? I cannot seem to find anything on XML in the help files.
