An error about "X-12-Arima seasonal adjustment".For help!

Hi, I am a freshman,yesterday ,when I did seasonal adjustment with "eviews 6.0", I met a diffused question.

So,I did seasonal adjustment to a time series with month data of 52 observations.Using X-12-Arima model .But in "Arima options" ,when I choosed "select from file " of "Arima sepc",and below this ,there was a file "eviews~3\x12a.mdl",and it did exist! At the same time ,I choosed "select best ".
Then ,I entered EV.
Now Question was UP. A tip:"X 12 has returned an error message .Check the erroe message and rerun".
And the error mes is like this:
"ERROR: Unable to open model file for automatic model selection, e:\图\eviews~3\x12a.mdl.
ERROR: Must have user supplied models stored in e:\图\eviews~3\x12a.mdl."

I dont know what happened , who can give me a hand??

Its pretty hard to follow your question, but I believe the problem might be due to the non-English characters you have in the temp directory path. Try changing the path to one only containing English characters.
