Adjusted Sample

Dear Gareth,

I am trying to run a simple OLS regression on my single-period sample of 411 observations. However, EViews7 (Student Version) has automatically omitted any observation with na cell and has cut the sample size down to 82 observations. My question is that how do I run the regression with unbalanced sample and what's the consequence of doing so?
