urgent!importing data to Eviews7

urgent!importing data to Eviews7

dear Eviews helper,

I have to import panel data on bilateral trade in Eviews. However, since I have 2 columns of countries (country I and country J), when choosing "dated panel" as basic structure, it is not possible to name both columns of countries under "cross section ID series". Could you please help me out and tell me how could I import my data?
Please find attached the structure of my data file.
