can i run a regression with my data having different measure

good day guys!

I'm new here in the forums..

guys I'would just like to ask if can i run a regression with my data having different measures?

for example..my dependent variable is "number of foreign students" and my independent variables are Tuition fees, consumer price index and employment rate?
can you suggest guys on how do i regress this kind of data..(btw the data are annual)..

hope youy guys answer i'm very on EViews..

Not a problem. Your coefficients will have units foreign students per dollar of tuition fee, etc.
