how to transform a vector into a matrix

Please how can I transform a vector into a matrix with eviews?
for example, let u a vector of 200 observations.
I want to form a matrix m(100,2) when the first column contains the first 100 elements of the vector u and the second column contains the last 100 observations of the vector u.
