I want to create a random number series with 2000 data points, with a mean of zero and a standard deviation of 1.5, in such a way that all values whose absolute values is greater than three are discarded out of the series. Can you hep?

Hi: I downloaded the program however it give me the following mesage "Error 20 in encripted program" I did input the required fields of mean, stdev, lower bound and upper bound, columns, rows and series option. Is it possible to get a code thats not encripted?
