Imposing local concavity on a Translog cost function

Imposing local concavity on a Translog cost function

Hi there,

I need to impose a local concavity condition on a Translog cost function using Eviews, knowing that an author has provided me with the instructions but unfortunately it is in SHAZAM and in Frenceh language.
