random effects

random effects

Hello everybody,

I need to correct my data set for random effect. I have looked it up in the read me it says go to proc and then estimate. If i go to proc however there is no button for estimate. I have no idea what to do anymore. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

First you need to set up your data as a panel. Then estimate an equation. Then you'll find an option for random effects.

Hi,

Can you test panel data for heteroskedacity? I can't find the option to run White's test.

There is no panel heteroskedasticity test built in.
