categorical graph syntax error and associated blewey

In making a categorical graph, I entered in the Within graph field

teacher and publicemployee

and got a Syntax error alert

Entering

Code: Select all

(teacher and publicemployee)

worked okay

Then I changed the sample if in the workfile without closing the graph dialog, tried the graph again and - BLEWEY! Little EViews sheds all over my office.
