Re: t-value of multiple coefficients
yes i know
i mean in this particular wald test, when i try c(2)+C(3)=0, what does it mean?
it means that sum of these two variable is not significant?

Re: t-value of multiple coefficients
Sorry, but i want a t-value and a p-value for two coefficients, and wald test doesn't give me these numbers. in another word, if Variable Coefficient Std. Error t-Statistic Prob. t-value of multiple coefficients
Hi,
i'm trying to interpret a model that in this way i have to sum two coefficients. Anybody's know how can i calculate a single t-value for this new coefficient(the sum of two coefficients).????
Thank You

Run a cross sectional regression in eviews
Hi,
I want to run a cross sectional regression in eviews !
In Proc -> Structure / Resize current page what should i select? Unstructued/Undated ... or what?
I will be so thankful if anyone answer me.

Re: SSE,SSR,MSE,MSR
SST = SSR + SSE
SST= ∑〖( y - y ̅ )〗^2
SSR= ∑〖( y ̂ - y ̅ )〗^2
SSE= ∑▒〖( y - y ̂ )〗^2

Re: SSE,SSR,MSE,MSR
i attach an image!
in anova table there is three row: Regression, Residual and Total, i want the number that is in front of regression (in this example 274405.373)
Thank you so mush

Re: SSE,SSR,MSE,MSR
total sum of squares = explained sum of squares + residual sum of squares
in this equation i want to find two variables in the right hand sight in eviews results.

yes there is just SSE(for residuals).
How can i calculate SSR(for regression) and MSE?

Hi
How can i reach to sum of squared and mean square of regression and residuals in a regression model?
In another term, i want a table like what can be created in SPSS for ANOVA...
I want to use SSR and MSE in a equation and i need these figures.
Help me plz

Re: program for 2 workfile pages
i want to compare r squared of one model that run into two different sample therefore i have to compare two r squared for determining the difference is significant or not. so i used cramer z statistics. Now i have a little problem: Both of my samples are panel data with random effects therefore i ca...

Re: program for 2 workfile pages
Hi
i have the same problem.
i have two sheet in one workfile that each one has a different sample and i want to write a program to compare r squared of these two samples.
How can i mention sheet name in programming?
Thank you
