Yes i have read the statement but these programs have been uploaded in e-views program files, gauss file and matlab files separately that is why is I have asked.
It is the reason that e-views is giving error to run this program

Can anybody help in understanding bootstrapping in eviews 7, I have to find the optimal debt level through bootstrapping in eviews by using panel data. What are the steps involved? Kindly help out immediatly.
