Re: Combining 3 series with 3 different base years
Apologies - see attached updated. What I am basically trying to figure out is a way to automate a process that I can combine the three and have 2015 as base year. I know its not a complicated process but I have over 100 series with similar and am looking for a quick way to do this for multiple serie...

Re: Combining 3 series with 3 different base years
Thanks Gareth. Attached are the 3 series. retail 1 base 2005=100, retail 2 base 2010=100, retail 3 base 2015=100.
Thanks,

Combining 3 series with 3 different base years
I have a single variable that is only available to download in 3 different time periods (2000-2016, 2010-2018 and 2015-present) using 3 different bases (2005, 2010 and 2015).
Is there any easy way to merge these seamlessly in EViews?

Flip CDF Graph
Does anyone know how to flip a CDF graph? I want to have a graph so that the values are on the left axis and the probs. are on the bottom axis. I have tried to adjust this through the normal options but can't seem to alter. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thanks
Thanks

Graph Regression
Hi, I have basically run a simple SRAS curve of the form pt= apt-1 + b(yt-yt*) + czt The coefficients look a little something like pt = 0.004 + 0.61a + 0.19b + 0.06c. Does anyone know of a way on Eviews I could graph this to resemble a SRAS. It is just for a quick demonstration so any feedback would...

Re: Simple Phillips Curve Model Estimation
Startz,
Thanks or your reply. I have corrected for serial correlation by adding lagged values to all variables. Is this sufficient?

Simple Phillips Curve Model Estimation
Hi everyone, I was wondering if I could get any advice/comments on the following. I am looking to run a simple Phillips curve model from 1980 to 2010 using quarterly data. I have selected my dependent variable (which is obviously inflation) along with two independent variables of lagged inflation an...

Quarterly Output-Gap Interpolation
Hi, I am in the process of running a Phillips curve model for a particular country. The problem is that all my data, from 1986-2010, is quarterly - barring the figures for the output gap which are annual. I was just wondering what the best way (if any!) would be to interpolate this data from annual ...
